Getting Started
MintPoll is a mobile app that connects you with market research surveys and featured offers from verified research partners. You share your opinions, complete eligible opportunities, and earn credits that can be redeemed for PayPal payouts. MintPoll may also offer bonus earning opportunities inside the app, such as onboarding rewards, daily check-ins, and limited-time promotions.
Download MintPoll from Google Play and create a free account. iOS coming soon. New users may also see a short onboarding survey inside the app. Completing it helps you qualify for more opportunities and may unlock the full survey provider lineup.
Yes, completely free. There are no subscription fees, no hidden charges, and no in-app purchases. MintPoll earns revenue from its survey research partners — we never charge users.
MintPoll is launching first in the United States, with expansion to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia to follow shortly after. We'll keep the waitlist informed as we open new regions.
MintPoll is available now on Google Play for Android. The iOS version is coming soon to the App Store. Sign up with your email on our homepage and we'll notify you when it launches — we only send one email, no spam.
Surveys & Earnings
Survey providers target specific demographic groups, so the surveys you're shown are determined by your profile details, account status, location, and the opportunities currently available from our partners. A more complete and consistent profile usually means better matches, fewer disqualifications, and more earnings.
MintPoll works with multiple research and offer partners, including providers such as CPX Research, TheoremReach, ayeT Studios, RevU, and BitLabs. The exact partner lineup may change over time, and some providers may only be available in certain regions or only to certain users.
Provider availability can depend on your profile, country, account standing, current inventory from partners, and whether you've completed required in-app onboarding. Some providers and offers may also be temporarily unavailable while you are using a VPN or proxy.
MintPoll may offer a short in-app onboarding survey for new users. Completing it currently pays a one-time $0.50 reward and helps unlock the full survey experience. This reward is promotional and may change in the future.
Eligible users can currently claim a $0.01 daily check-in reward once per UTC calendar day inside the app. Daily check-in rewards are promotional, may vary over time, and are only available when shown in your account.
Not always. Some opportunities open in an in-app browser or webview, while others may open in your device's default browser or a partner-hosted experience. Follow the instructions shown in the app so your completion can be tracked correctly.
Survey providers look for very specific demographic profiles. If you don't match the criteria for a particular survey, or if your responses do not meet a partner's quality checks, you may be screened out or disqualified. This is normal across survey platforms. Keeping your profile accurate and up to date helps reduce mismatches.
New opportunities are added throughout the day. Availability depends on your demographics, region, account standing, and the live campaigns our partners are running. Some users may see multiple new surveys or offers every day, while others may see fewer.
Earnings vary significantly based on survey and offer availability, your demographic profile, geographic location, and how frequently you participate. Individual opportunities can pay anywhere from a few cents to several dollars. MintPoll does not guarantee any minimum earnings, because availability depends on the needs and review decisions of our research partners.
In some cases, a research partner may reverse or adjust rewards after a quality review, incomplete completion, duplicate detection, or other validation checks. If that happens, the affected credits may be removed from your balance, including while a payout request is still pending.
Cashout & Payments
Once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, open the Cashout tab in the app and request a PayPal payout. Payouts are currently requested in $5 increments and are reviewed before being processed.
The minimum cashout threshold is $5.00. Payout requests are currently made in $5 increments, so once your balance reaches $5.00 you can request $5, $10, $15, and so on, as long as you have enough eligible credits available.
Payouts are sent directly to your PayPal account. Once your payout request is approved, funds are transferred to the PayPal email address you have on file in the app. For security and fraud prevention, the payout email you set is locked after it is first saved and cannot be changed later.
MintPoll does not charge any fees for payouts. What you earn is what you receive. Note that PayPal may apply its own standard terms and conditions to the transaction.
Payout requests are reviewed on a regular schedule. Once approved and sent, PayPal transfers typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Before approval, some payouts may be held longer for reward validation, fraud prevention, or account review, so timing can vary between users and between payout requests.
Payout timing is not always the same from one cashout to the next. Some payouts are sent quickly, while others may be held for additional review. Review time can vary depending on your account history, reward validation, partner reversals, fraud or risk checks, and other integrity checks. A previous payout does not guarantee that future payouts will be processed on the same timeline.
Yes. During the review period, research partners may reverse previously awarded credits, for example after a quality review or duplicate check. If that causes your available balance to fall below the payout amount, the pending payout may be cancelled. When that happens, eligible credits are returned to your account balance and you can request a new payout once your balance is sufficient again.
Payouts can be unavailable for several reasons, including insufficient eligible credits, account restrictions, review holds, or use of a VPN or proxy on a network where payouts are blocked. If you think your account was restricted in error, contact hello@mintpoll.com.
Privacy & Account
Yes. We take data privacy seriously. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Survey providers receive only aggregate, anonymised demographic signals to match you to relevant surveys — not your name, email, or personal identifiers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile → Account Settings → Privacy screen in the app. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data from our systems. Any uncashed balance at the time of deletion will be forfeited. See our account deletion page for full details.
Never. If you signed up on our waitlist, we only send one email — when MintPoll officially launches. Once you're a registered user, we send transactional emails only (payment confirmations, security alerts). We don't do marketing blasts or sell your email to anyone.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a MintPoll account and receive payments. This is required by our payment processing partners and by the survey providers we work with.
If a guest account is blocked because of device or network account-creation limits, the app may give you the option to continue by signing in with a supported identity provider such as Google or Apple instead of that blocked guest account. If your account was blocked for a Terms violation or another restriction reason, contact hello@mintpoll.com for help.
