How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your MintPoll account directly from within the app by following these steps:

  1. Open the MintPoll app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation bar).
  3. Tap Account Settings.
  4. Tap Privacy.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once your request is confirmed, MintPoll begins deleting your account. Your authentication access is removed as part of the deletion flow, and related in-app account records are then cleaned up from our systems.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, MintPoll is intended to remove your account and associated in-app data, including the following categories where they exist:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
  • Profile and app data — profile details, account settings, and user details stored for app operation.
  • Earnings and activity history — reward records, survey and offer activity history, and daily check-in records stored in your account.
  • Payout records — payout requests and the payout email stored on your account.
  • Privacy acceptance records — in-app consent and acceptance records stored with your account.

What May Still Be Retained

In some cases, MintPoll may retain limited information after account deletion where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, payout reconciliation, security review, or internal remediation of a failed cleanup step. We do not use this limited retained information to restore access to a deleted account.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
  • Any uncashed balance at the time of deletion will be forfeited.
  • Any pending payout requests still stored on your account are expected to be removed during account deletion, but payout processing that has already moved into external payment-provider systems may follow the payment provider's separate processes.
  • You must be signed in to your account to delete it.
